I will say though, there are a few of the phrases you listed that I feel like are still practical because they mean what they sound like (no weird idioms) and we don’t have a more concise way to convey this useful concept. I’d put “pain points” and “at capacity” in this category. And now I’m just realizing how many different ways we have to say “at capacity”, most of them idiomatic (e.g., “too much on my plate”, “too many irons in the fire”, “not enough bandwidth”)
